I contracted with **** of MLC for two projects, a kitchen in 2017, and a basement, bathroom remodel/addition in 2021. Both jobs included tile work. When MLC agreed to the 2021, job he also agreed to repair some floor tiles in the kitchen that had been comping up. The basement remodel job was completed around June of 2021. On February 15, 2022, I contacted **** about the tile that had been repaired in the kitchen coming up again. He promised to fix them, but stated that his tile guys was ******** back surgery, he would get back with me. I contacted **** repeatedly through April, May, and July of 2022, he ghosted me, and refused to respond to my contacts. On October 24, **** I contacted **** again as now the tile in the downstairs bathroom he had installed were coming up. **** again agreed to the repairs. He said he needed to make arrangements with his tile guy. After several attempts throughout November, **** has again ghosted me and will not respond to my contacts.

**** has contacted me and sent out his tile guy. He speculates that they had a bad batch of mud. **** says he will replace the bathroom floor and has ordered the new tile.
