Be careful complaining to the owner about poor customer service. Her response will be to turn your account off. God forbid you make a valid complaint like 'I paid for my order and shipping but haven't received it yet.' She will say it's not her problem and nothing she can do about it and then turn off your account.

BIDDERS BEWARE! TAMMY ***** IS A THIEF! If you think you've won an item on this site, that might not be the case. After being the high bidder on an auction item, it suddenly disappeared from my account, items won and invoice. When questioned I was informed the owner pulled the item from the auction, after it was posted and sold?? I don't think so. Other suspect scenarios...items won in a group or lot, not there when picked up suddenly show up on a subsequent auction from the same vendor. Unique items won not available at pickup and told "item was broken by accident..." and discarded. Broken item not available to see if it could be repaired. Multiple ignored calls coordinating item pick up and unavailability to establish a mutually agreeable time for a buyer over 100 miles away. And, when ask to explain these inequities, I was blocked from bidding not only on this site, but ALL other Rust Belt Auctions. This is not a one time occurrence or a one-time auction experience. I'm an aggressive bidder/buyer and made multiple trips to the Cleveland area for multiple auctions. Suffice to say research has revealed enough validity to file a formal complaint with regulatory agencies at the state level. BIDDERS BEWARE!

I have had only positive interactions with Rust Belt Revival online auctions. In fact, the owner Tammy did a truly kind thing for me last week and it made my heart happy that she went "above and beyond" and didn't have to! Kindness matters. Thank you, Tammy!

I bid on an item that had three items in it that I wanted, when I arrived only one was in there and I said the only reason I bid on the lot was because of the three items. I had wanted them for my grandsons. The response was that I could give them to my favorite grandson. NOTHING ELSE! I sent them an email that this happened because obviously someone took the two items I from my lot. Their response was nasty, mean, and told me I should have not taken the lot. They did not give me that option and it was paid for in advance. Why did they not offer me a refund and I did not have to take the rest of the junk in the lot at the time instead of a nasty and mean email? Beware that you might not receive what you purchased and you can get a refund at that time!
