              I feel that the technician that came to my home was nice and friendly.He observed the task that he was expected to perform and we had a nice discussion about my dry vent. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me. He was knowledgeable about his equipment and did a nice job.

              Ed does great work! Our dryer vent has a quirky right angle, and Ed knows how to deal with it. Our dryer always works much more efficiently after Ed cleans the vent. I highly recommend USA Dryer Vent!

              I'm am happy to write a review for USA Dryer Vent. Ed put us on his schedule and then called back when his schedule opened up and came that very day. He was polite, friendly, and explained what he was doing and costs involved. He measured air flow in our vent prior to doing any work and then again when he was finished. He cleaned up everything and we couldn't have been more impressed with his work and honesty.
