I stayed at the Comfort Inn from 12/26 through 12/31 for business. I found a mouse in the room and mouse droppings. I have video of proof. The employee at the front desk was aware, saw the mouse and moved me into another room. I was told I would get a full refund.Business response

To whom it may concern
Mr ******** checked in at 4am in the morning and was suppose to be charged for that night and the next night. We did not charge him for the 1st night, Mr ******** saw a filed mouse on his 4th night. We immediately moved him to another room and took all charges off for that night Total 5 nights and paid for 3
Mr ******** demanded his entire 5 nights be refunded. I felt that we were very accommodating by only charging him for 3 out of the 5 nights. He threatened calling the health department if he didn't get his way and did .
The health department inspected us and found no signs of any problems. In fact they commented how clean everything was.
At this point we feel like we have extended enough compensation

They refunded me for one day yet on the night that they saw the mouse I was informed I would get refunded for all my days! I never called health department and doubt they even went there if so that placed would would be shut down. I fail to understand how they can put a price of a day on such a traumatic experience. I just want my money refunded on card I used I am not asking nothing that shouldn't be given I had to live with a mouse for 5 days!
