On May 4th me and my 18 year old son purchased a 2012 Ford fiesta from blays auto in bellevue ohio and was told that it had a bad front wheel bearing that was making the noise we heard. under this information we agreed to buy the car and have it fixed. May 5th we took it to tire man in Fremont to have it fixed and was told the wheel bearing was not the issue and it was the transmission going bad on it which was making the noise. I tried calling the car lot around 2-2:30 on Friday but they closed early for the weekend. On Monday morning when they opened at 11:00 I stop in to the car lot to see what could be done they told me ( as is ) and no lemon law in ohio nothing can be done. ask if I could trade for something on the lot but after looking at the rest of the cars on the lot found 2 with blown engines ( anti-freeze in the oil ) nothing on the lot was worth it . I feel I was mislead with what was wrong with the vehicle when they told us that it was the wheel bearing ***** blay told me they usually fix them but that's why it was only 2500$ ( 2801.25) after taxes and if they fixed it the price would go up to 3500-4000 becuz that wheel bearing would need to be pressed out and back in costing more. After my experience with them I feel this may be a on going practice with them to sell bad cars to people by misleading them or not disclosing all the info about the cars. ***** ********** and her husband went to the car lot before closing on Monday the 8th after I was there that morning to look at the cars on the lot and was not told of any possible engine issues with the dodge dart or Mazda 6 before or after test driving them that I told the owner about. I would like my money returned or the cars issue with the transmission fixedBusiness response

I choose to do nothing.
I did not sell a vehicle to a **** *****.
I am also not a member of your organization, and I am sending said info to you as a courtesy.
Car is sold as-is. No warranty.
He drove vehicle 2 times.
This gentleman (****) came into my dealership with and older gentleman and started threatening me, being nasty. I explained that I thought the issue was a wheel bearing. We are not aware of any issues with the transmission. He was offered a trade. I normally do not offer this, but he became a car expert over night telling mee all my cars were d. He chose to not have an exchange in vehicles. Cars are all sold as-is, no warranty. He was told this several times during the sale. As you can see from paperwork I did not sell to your complainant. This threat from your company has no meaning. You are a third party with no legal standing.
Thanks, ***** ****
