I purchased tires off line and ****** was to mount balance and replace valve stems. I paid extra for that service. They only mounted the tires and they scratched two of my wheels. When I messaged the owner he told me they don’t get paid enough from the supplier to do all the service and that they never scratched my wheels but if I’d came straight to him for this service instead of online that none of this would’ve happened. He wouldn’t work with me on a time to meet up and look at this and then told me I wasn’t welcomed as a customer. I contacted the supplier (tire buyer) and they did reimburse my mounting and balance fee but said it was in the shop to take care of the scratches. As he will not talk to me I am reaching out to you. If for nothing else to at least let others know how they conduct their business and are careless with the customers property and needs and services paid for.Business response

Thank you ***** for your time for your complaint as I assumed you would go to the BBB to complain !! I'm glad tire buyer reimbursed you for there failure to communicate with us. Like I said to you before, if you start out being nasty with us, I will not help you in any way. Maybe next time you will think before you speak. I can see that any shop would not make you happy. Again we did not scratch your wheels! I told you I could show you my camera footage and you said, I would find a way to get out of paying for your wheels that were supposedly scratched. WE do not make enough from tire buyer and your tires have bead bags in them for balance. Tire buyer says you have to pay us directly for valve stems which you did not mention!! We conduct a very well business with tons and tons of happy customers , sorry your not one of them, which is fine. I will not loose sleep over your terrible lack of how to talk to someone when an issue arises. Your comments to the BBB does not bother me at the least. I really don't have time to deal with your kind of person, when I have so many more customers that we can make happy. God bless you ***** and have a wonderful day brother !! Wish it could have worked out different!!!! that's life though my friend... PS: Shop local that online stuff gets you everytime!! lesson learned it appears..

Thanks for the pictures!! , which proves that are machines are not capable of reaching those parts of the wheel. As tire buyer told me the other day , the pictures were outrageous to what a tire machine can and cannot do and they paid me for the inconvenience you caused ****** They actually re- established me and apologized for the inconvenience and made me a preferred business on the site. Good luck with future endeavors at other companies buddy. You didn’t hurt mine at all. Not even a little bit.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by ****** and find it bogus and very unprofessional. As for tire buyer contacting him and paying him and all that jazz is hard to believe seeing how they was gonna pay me for my wheels that my buddy and pal **** G**** damaged. I told them thank you but they didn’t do it and I didn’t expect them to pay for it. I have heard alotta complaints on your business buddy. No worries on me or my other pals doing business with you so you can damage more stuff. I wish you the best bff??.
