On September 23, 2022, impact lawn service, provided its weekly service to my neighbor’s lawn. I am not a customer of theirs, however, they also mowed portion of my lawn, withe mower deck too low, and caused severe damage and destruction to a good portion of my front lawn. I contacted them numerous times for via phone and email, but received no response. I had to reseed the lawn and have had to continuously water and maintain the reseeded portion. I would like to be reimbursed for my grass seed totaling $96.27 and compensated for my time and effort. Photos of the damage are attached.Business response

We stopped by the Complainer's house today and Left him a check for the $96.27 he requested. The check was to make the complaint go away. I disagree with complaint. Please contact me you would like to discuss. Further. Thank You. Todd- OwnerBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

Also, how can you disagree with the photos? I watched your crew as they did it!

I spoke to ******* on October 27 and he received the first check we dropped to his mailbox. The reason for the delayed check was the mail carrier removed the check from his mailbox and remailed it. We also spoke in more detail about the damage to his lawn. After more clarification, I took full responsibility and apologized. I asked ******* if he would like us to do anything in addition to the check he received. He requested that an additional check for $96.27 be sent for his materials, time, and effort. I agreed and immediately mailed a check for $96.27. Please let me know if you have further questions.Business response
