We were charged for damages that we did not do. We have time stamped photo evidence that the machines we rented came onto our job site damaged, but they insist we did the damage. They have not provided us clear exit photos showing that there was no damage to the machine before it left their lot. Our card was charged 10k+ without our consent or knowledge, and they were not willing to take away those charges. We have also been charged for things that were common wear and tear on older machines. When we disputed those with the company, they told us that we were the ones that caused the issue and that we had to pay. We asked for the damaged parts back within a day or two of being charged for them, and they told us they would get them out to us. Weeks went by without the part being returned, so we called them, and they said they already scrapped it.
