On October 11th 2021 I ordered 72 inch Corinthian bells windchime. The almost 300 dollars was immediately removed from my account. I recieved an order number/receipt by email.....and have heard nothing since. I have emailed them, and called and left messages....but have not had any return of either phone calls or emails. It was supposed to be here well before Christmas. I am a single mom....I saved and saved to be able to buy myself these windchimes..... I don't have any extra money to try to buy again. I either want them to send me the windchimes...or return my money. Thank you
