I hired Burke Janitorial to clear the junk and clean the house I just sold. First, I ordered a 40' dumpster and they brought a 30' dumperer. Because the dumpster wasn't big enough there was junk remaining. ******* Burke, the owner, explained that they would be back the next day with another dumpster to finish the job. Before I left I paid him $1500 on Venmo, I also reported that transaction. When I showed up the next day to hand the keys over to the new owners, the dumpster was gone, but all the remaining junk was left and there was broken glass all over the driveway. I called and texted repeatedly. I have had zero response. I had to hire another crew for yet again more money, to finish the job.
