Invoice #000263 My name is ****** ********, I had a consultation @3 p.m. 3/23 that I paid $50 to seal my spot. I initially tried to schedule a spot at 1pm then was told there was a scheduling error. Then I was told 3/23 at 3 instead and paid $50 for a consultation fee. I was then told on Saturday 3/19 also wasn’t going to work after paying my fee. I called back and explained that I had to trade shifts with my coworkers and ended up losing hours to make this day work. I was then told that they “ would see what they could do” nobody ever got back to me about what I was to do. We called 8 times, texted , left a voicemail and no reply. I am extremely disappointed about how unprofessional this place was. I would like a refund of my $50 since my consultation was not fulfilled. They have no since got back to me after requested a refund. It also says on their website that they provide free consultations but I was required to pay $50.Business response
