ere sold a camper with a defective refrigerator 3weeks ago. Still waiting on the part on back order from China! Three other buyers are also waiting for the same thing. Had to go buy an outdoor fridge so we could camp! Prior to buying it, we spent tons of money on ice to keep our food in coolers. Our sale was final before they found the defect during inspection. These campers should be inspected BEFORE the sale. $44,000 dollars and we still don't have what we paid for!Review from Carrie B

Worst in customer service. Will never buy a camper from them again. I’ve called twice and left messages with 2 different ppl about our warranty. Never got a returned call once. Disappointed.Review from tyler b

Worst f****** place to ever spend your money to ever buy anything bought a brand new 38ft 5th wheel back in October 2021 instantly had problems took it back 2 days later fast forward 8 months later been making payments on it all this time and still have yet to receive it we have heard every excuse under the sun about why it isnt done yet but somehow they are working on other peoples camper and not finishing ours F*** SPECIALTY RV!!Review from Denny C

We received the best service, pricing and friendly and caring staff of any dealership we have ever been to! ******** ***** **** and ***** went beyond expectations to make sure we were completely satisfied from tires to mounting tv's for us! They went completely through the Rv to make sure all was in working order and repaired if needed. We got a great interest rate and term. We are very happy with Specialty RV and highly recommend it to anyone purchasing an Rv. Thank you All at Specialty RV.
