      TP Tools has very strict delivery options. I ordered a Blast Cabinet with a different billing and shipping address. **************** called to confirm, and stated they required a signature. I gave them my address, my sister (neighbor) contact information and confirmed delivery date and time. I reversed the delivery and billing address on the order (but they billed it anyways without the correct billing address). I confirmed the correct delivery address and contact info, but they rep did not note the discrepancy. The delivery company called to confirm - I corrected the delivery. The item had not left ****. "***" from sales called and basically said there was nothing he could do, so the cabinet was delivered to PA instead of Alabama. No help, no offer to simply charge the normal shipping to TP Tools Zone 2, etc. I have spent many thousands of dollars at TP Tools and and happy with the product, but I will be looking elsewhere for ************* finishing needs after this experience. Buyer beware of the delivery options!!! Heaven forbid you should want to change something or don't have someone to receive it, even if it is a liftgate drop off!

      We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience with TP Tools. We are a family-owned small business and pride ourselves on the best customer service and best automotive restoration products we can offer. Unfortunately, when shipping heavy equipment by truck motor freight and once the shipment has left our facility, changing the shipping address requires written authorization by the shipper, reconsigning fees and additional shipping charges which are the buyers responsibility. After reviewing your order, here is what transpired. 10/24/23 - Customer placed an internet order on our website for a blasting cabinet which ships by truck motor freight. The customer entered a bill-to address in Alabama and a ship-to address in ************ on our website. 10/25/23 - We called the customer to verify the billing and shipping information, plus informed the customer that the order cannot be left in his driveway as noted on his order. Motor freight shipments are curbside delivery and require a signature. Also, the order must be inspected for damage prior to signing. The customer then gave our rep an alternate phone, his sisters to have the freight carrier call prior to delivery. The customer also requested that we email him back the phone number he gave us.10/25/23 - TP Tools rep emailed customer stating the above and an estimated delivery date of 10/27/23.10/26/23 - Order was picked up by ************** and an alternate phone number for the customers sister was listed as requested. Ship to ************ as entered by customer on his web ********/**/** - Customer emailed **************** thru his 10/24/********* Order Confirmation email that the correct shipping is not listed. "As noted, when I spoke with customer service", the shipping address is to Alabama, billing info correct, contact his sister and neighbor or contractor. 10/30/23 - TP Tools rep emailed customer to call him at 800# between ************* ET M-F. 10/31/23 - TP Tools called the customer since no response was received by customer. Our rep explained we can't reconsign the shipment to another address as the shipment was at the delivering freight terminal. TP Tools rep explained if the shipment is reconsigned to another address that additional cost would incur, and the customer would be responsible. The customer replied, just send it there; I'll take care of it. TP Tools rep asked, to the ************ address, ******** replied, "Yep" & hung *****/**/** - TP ********************** rep emailed customer confirming shipment continuing to ************ per earlier phone conversation.10/31/23 - Customer replied he understands that is what we what to do. Shipping to Alabama, (billing address) not unreasonable, option not offered. Since the order hadn't left ****, the customer said he was not happy with TP ********************** rep. and said doubt rep cares, "the review will reflect the service". 10/31/23 - TP Tools rep emailed customer that we strive for excellent customer service and want to make the customer happy. TP ********************** rep (as mentioned in call above) could reconsign shipment to Alabama address and included Dayton Freights email quote for $659.14, or $774.10 with liftgate costs.11/01/23 - Customer emailed TP ********************** rep that the price won't work for him on a $1400 blaster. Heard what TP Tools rep said, but rep was not interested in solving the problem. The customer, said if he cancelled the order and reordered, he would get standard shipping; but that would be hassle for us. He could order from a reseller with free shipping & save $400 or buy from another company. The customer ended by saying, "as I said on the phone, just ship it to ************ and we will be done."11/01/23 - Customer received delivery of his ********************** Cabinet by ************** at his ************ address.
