made purchase on 3/5/2022 in store signed up for 24 months equal payments no interest purchase price of $**** is what i was told the total was and is what was on the paper work i signed for credit for i got the first **** on 4/1 that says that **** was charged on 3/05/22 then **** credited back on 3/20/22 and then a purchase of ******* 03/07/2022 went to store on today 4/2/22 to question it and the employee said that the sales guy botched the sale and the price was higher then what we were charged on 3/5/22 the price tag on trumpet says **** and we signed the credit application for the price of **** .how can they raise the price after we signed documents for a set price and the price tag price ?Business response

I as the store manager was told about this incident and was informed that the customer was supposed to come back into the store and they never returned. The employees that originally dis the transaction was unfamiliar with how the Synchrony application process works and did not do it right. I came in and realized that the customer had not been approved for the correct amount and had to rerun, the application ring the instrument into the *** system which came up to the correct price as stated in the complaint.
