Paid for 11 months of services up front in Jan. 2023. Starting having billing issues in March 2023 followed by lack of trash services, lack of response to text, phone and e-mails requesting a refund .Customer response

I paid twice by accident as they didn't pick up & I was under the impression the payment didn't go through so I paid again with a different card. They picked my waste up once since payment. I have tried to contact them and no reply.Initial Complaint

Weeping Willow Waste never took our trash for a whole month. We even paid for it. We have receipt proof in email. They never ever answer phone calls. Voice mail always full. Their Facebook tells everyone to email them to cancel service. They just ignore everyone and everyone has no choice but to email them. I did email them and they never replied back to me. Wth. They are terrible! So we called zehnder’s waste and they came to pick it all up. We had to pay $15 to ******** upfront. No animal tore a trash apart because I sprayed all the trash bags with bee and hornet spray. ******** came this morning and took all the trash.Initial Complaint

Started trash service with Weeping Willow Waste March 2nd. They charged me for 3 months of trash service with a weekly pickup on thursdays. It is now may 25th and they have only picked my trash up twice… they are not responding and not providing the service I paid for..Initial Complaint

We have not had a trash pickup since May 1st. We are scheduled for weekly Monday pickup. When attempting to call for information, there is a message advising that their mailbox is full and will not accept any messages. When texts are sent, they are not responded to. I have a full can that belongs to Weeping Willow, and if I no longer will be receiving service from them, I don’t know what I am permitted to do with the receptacle. I don’t know if I am able to dispose of it without being charged an exorbitant amount for disposing of their property. I don’t feel that I am responsible for storage of said receptacle indefinitely. I need answers.Customer response

This trash provider has not picked up our trash in 2 weeks and there is no way to contact them to cancel service. The have my cc on file. I want a refund and my trash service cancelled as of April 30.Initial Complaint

My husband and I contracted with Weeping Willow Waste on February 17, 2023 in the amount of $51.00 to collect our trash for a 3-month period beginning April 3, 2023. As of today, May 17 2023, they have picked up our trash only two times, their voice mail is continually full, they don't respond to text messages or Facebook messages. Yesterday I texted them that they were fired, we were contracting with another company, and today they have charged our credit card for an additional $51.00. We are disputing this charge with our bank, as Weeping Willow did not provide the services they were hired for, and we have no expectations that they will do so in the future.Initial Complaint

Weeping Willow Waste was notified by text on May 6 that we were cancelling service. The only response after notifying by text was the excuse the truck was broken down. So she did see my cancellation request in writing via text message. Today May 17 she went and billed my fathers credit card even after several messages that we cancelled service. Their ******** no longer allows posts. You cannot call because the answering machine is always full. She does not answer the phone and does not respond to the text messages. My father, Eugene ********, is 97 and I handle his affairs. There was no pickup of garbage in late April or in May. The excuses or reasons were not adequate with no pickups and we cancelled. I want a credit back to the card for the recent billing and would like a refund of May. I want the credit card info she has destroyed. I filed another complaint for my uncle Alex ******** fir the same thing.Initial Complaint

I signed up my 96 yr old uncle and my 97 yr old dad for garbage service. I am Eugene’s daughter and Alex’s niece and handle their affairs. The Month of May and last of April no garbage pickup. On May 6 I notified by text message to cancel their services and also that my uncle moved. Today I received a text that they charged my uncle for the next three months of service on his credit card. I want a full refund of the latest billing plus the month of May since we had no service. But definitely the latest billing received today for $45. You cannot call as the answering machine is always full. They turned off commenting on Facebook and the only response I received about the cancellations was a text that the truck was broken down. There has been a different excuse each week. They sent the billing by texting from another phone number. I texted to both numbers reminding again about the cancellation notice I sent on May 9. I had also texted two times after that date about cancellation. Names are Eugene ******** and Alex ********* So far no billing has been sent for Eugene ******** only for Alex ******** who is the one who moved. Alex was charged $45 on his credit card. Bill was received today 5/16 by text. I want refund and no more billings by credit card. I never had a problem with any company in the past not cancelling when asked and taking advantage of a credit card on file.Customer response
