  Purchased a heating and air conditioning unit on May 10, 2023.Air conditioner not working May2023.Assured no problem initially, then told on back order. Refused to replace unit. All inquiries initiated by us.Last called and left message with a employee with no reply after 2 weeks. Called today and gave employee message of three options of repair, replace unit or complete refund. Stated that reply expected today and resolution this week. Explained that customer service exhibited was unacceptable and enough time had gone by.

  On June 22, 2023, we were dispatched to go out to Mr. ******* ******, When we got there we found that the condenser coil had a leak, the techs came back to the shop and I files a warranty report with ******, I have called multiple times and to no avail got no response from them (******), we left message after message and no one called us back, then when I called today I called the credit rep and he is pushing it through to get this resolved on his end.  I can't do anything after it goes to ****** for I don't work for them, I can only call - And in response to Ms. ****** ****** - She called us up on 10/9/2023 and just yelled at me and threated my company, in which I have done all I can do, She also stated that they went all summer without Air conditioning then when I get this report I see that she had two window air conditioners in her home - Again I cannot force a company to do their job, I have done my and turned it in. At the time of her purchase, we did not know that ****** was having any issues with their coils until we called them and asked why so many was failing and that is when they told us that they got a bad batch in. I called customer back on 10/09/2023 as I said I would, we sent our two techs out to double check everything and found that we have been waiting on ******.  We do care about our customers but if I cannot get a hold of them, then I recommend that the customer call because it is her equipment, and they will assist her more than me. The work order we have is not listed under Ms ****** ****** it listed under ******* ******.
