      On December 27, 2022 I ordered a ****** ****** Cat Scratcher from PawzCity. My credit card was charged $43.00 CAD and I received confirmation for the order #****. I checked the status after a day or two and it was listed as being processed. When the status didn't change for 2 weeks I contacted customer service on their website, and never got a response. I was going through chemo at the time, and with all the health issues I never followed up. Although it would be nice, at this point I am not expecting to get my money back. I just wanted to add to the evidence against this sham company.

      Purchase a stuffed animal for my puppy which was supposed to be indestructible. Contacted customer service because it had been almost s month since i ordered it and didn't receive it. The representative responded quickly and advised me to wait another week then contact her again if i didn't receive it. Thankfully it arrived just a couple days later. Sadly, my puppy tore the arm off in less than a week so contacted the customer service rep via email on Sep 15 and provided pictures, as per their instructions. Received a reply within a couple days and was told my request would be sent to the team that will verify and process the replacement or refund. Didn't hear back from anyone so sent another email on Sep 27 requesting status, still no reply. Sent another email on Oct 19 and am still waiting for a reply!!!

      I purchased a dog toy that was marketed as "indestructible." The website stated that if the "indestructible" toy was in fact damaged by my pet, they would first replace the toy, then if it was destroyed again, they would refund the cost. The toy lasted about 30 seconds before my dog shredded it. I followed their warranty process, which included sending photos of the damaged toy. After several attempts to follow up with the company via their support system, the website was removed and there was no further way to contact them. My credit card company refuses to reverse the charge as the product was delivered.

      I bought indestructible bears for my dog. Tracking says it's been delivered. It has not. Ive had a couple emails returned saying i would have them.in 7-14 days. Its been since july 31st that it says delivered. I was emailed about 3 weeks ago saying the 7-14 days now noone answers me.

      I purchased two dog toys that were said to be indestructible and under warranty. The refund process was to send a picture with the dogs playing with the toys and then a picture of the toy tour up with the dog in order to get a refund. I have done all of that and have been trying to communicate with them via email and not getting any type of response. The more research that I do online this is a complete scam and the company continually changes its name to get more people to buy end to the scam. There are a ton of complaints on social media for them and all of these indestructible dog toys that are literally silly little stuffed bears .

      I purchased $300 worth of items from pawz I have purchased through them before and not had a problem. I did this on 25 March on 4 March a start having a feeling that there was a problem they told me they were sending out my items printed out a tag mailing tag for ***. It never went anywhere. *** was still waiting for the package. *** is still waiting for the package. They told me that the package got lost in the mail on that they were making a new one great OK if that was the case they stopped responding to any of my emails. There’s no phone number to call that’s working I just looked up the address and it looks to be like a vacant property now it was updated two days ago on ****** maps. My bank is finally charges and then I am going to go ahead and file charges. This business does not rip people off like this. I didn’t know they were out of business. They been advertising like crazy come to find out that they are out of business , they took me for $300 told me they were making a replacement but it doesn’t take a month make a replacement and they quit responding to any of my emails. As soon as I asked for a refund they told me they don’t give refunds that’s not what my bank says , this place needs to be stopped immediately. I reported him to my attorney and I suggest anybody that gets ripped off does the saying because I’m going in for a lawsuit.

      I had placed an order without an address because the company allows that for whatever reason. Well pawz told me they updated my address and now the post office says it’s being returned to sender. I will be filing a complaint\ fraud with my bank as well. But would like my money back.

      Canton OH is the only address I can find for them. They sell clothing and accessories that are supposed to support pet rescue. 
      i have also emailed them 4 times already with no reply. Can not find a phone number to call

      I have reached out to this company a hundred times to fix my order they messed up on.. I ordered a bunch of items and they decided to only ship me one item. After reaching out to customer service multiple times I would either get no response or they would avoid what I was saying. This company is a scam and will make you pay for products and not send them.

      I ordered two pairs of men's large Blue slate shorts on July 1st their website said that they ship within three to five business days after processing I received the shipment on July 18th my packing slip said two shorts in the package but there was only one pair I emailed the company and told them someone forgot to pack the other pair in my shipment and now they said they can no longer provide the other pair because now they're out of them at the time of my order the website does not state large is out of stock after I received my shipment on July 18th I went back on the website and the website still says they have large shorts in blue slate still in stock the gentleman Caleb from the company emailed me back said they couldn't get anymore and the only options for me now are one to get a refund for the other pair of shorts two he asked if I could provide information whether I needed a different size first of all why would I need a different size I ordered large it's not like my family member is going to fit into a small medium or extra large I ordered large for a reason which was the dumbest question I've ever heard from a customer service person third he offered to send a large pair of black tie dye or camo in large which is not what I want the picture on the website shows the lettering "Pawsitive "down the leg when I receive the shorts it did not have that on there it had a tiny little Paw logo which is not what was advertised I have yet to get a tracking number for the replacement shorts I cannot get a refund and I can't get anyone to contact me back. I informed Caleb from Pawz that I have been thru issues with shipping 3x now and won't be ordering from them again. I do like their products but they are dishonest advertising a size that's in stock and that is received different from the picture advertised.

      First, let me apologize there was an error with our inventory management system, which did not accurately update the available quanitity for sale on the website. This has been updated, and it now correctly shows out of stock.

      I have also issued a refund on the pair of shorts we weren't able to supply. In addition, the customer was sent two courtesy pairs of shorts as an apology for the mistake. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      I placed an order on May 7 to Pawz.com. I ordered a t shirt and a hoodie and donated a $10 dog toy to a shelter dog. The money was taken off my debit card but everytime I ask for tracking then give me the run around. Finally I asked for a refund and suddenly my order is out for production. Then they gave me a tracking number for my package and DHL doesn't have it yet. So the number is pointless. I just want my money back. I'm a single mom and this was a gift for my oldest kid. It's been 10 days since they took my money and have yet to tell me where my package is or expected delivery date. Then they avoid me asking 4 times now for refund. Please help!!

      We sincerely apologize for your recent negative expereince with our company. Please know that we are expereicing a few delays this month and our production times have been affected. At the time of your first inquiry, your order had not yet been moved into production and there was not a tracking number available as a shipping label had not yet been created.

      Your order was then moved into production on May 16th and a tracking number was created. Tracking links are sent to customers 24-48 hours after the label is created to give us time to prepare the order for shipment as we do hand print each item. On May 18th you emailed in letting us know that you would like to cancel.Unfortunately, since this order was already moved into production, we were unable to cancel at the time as it was making its way through our warehouse.

      When you first received the tracking link, it typically will state en route from our carrier as this is indicating that the order is awaiting receipt by our parcel carrier. The order was then received by our parcel carrier on May 18th at 9:56 pm and began making its journey to your local post office for delivery.

      According to the tracking information, your order has been delivered as of May 23rd and we hope you are enjoying your items.
