DyrPatrol was used as the contractor for my insurance claim through a company through Lionsbridge. DryPatrol agreed to repair damages caused by poor workmanship to my basement walls in email. I am questioning whether or not that they used legal immigrants for their employees. I had several guys who didn't speak English working on my house and I wonder if they are not familiar with our housing codes. They didn't put flashing where flashing was needed, and they put new roofing over rotted boards. I will file a lawsuit against DryPatrol. I have the time, money and patience. I am two-time Federal Whistleblower and a disabled Veteran. I have open lawsuit and EEO complaint out after being retaliated against. A lawsuit against a private company will only cost me filing fees and my attorney is a personal friend who will work on contingency fee basis. I would rather have the issue resolved cordially, but if they want to double down. I will go the distance just based on principle. They haven't been good to their word. I would rather lose money to hold them accountable. https://www.docketbird.com/court-cases/*****-v-Barrett-et-al/ohsd-3:2020-cv-00297 https://www.openpr.com/news/2222040/lawsuit-claims-air-force-va-discriminated-against-veteransBusiness response

Dry Patrol was contracted through Lionsbridge a third party administrator for Liberty Mutual insurance company to replace Mr. ****** roof in June of 2021. Mr. ***** contacted us and a reinspection was done. Additional repairs were made but we think the majority of Mr. *****'s problems are coming from severely deteriorated siding and flashing on the back of the customers house which we were not contracted to complete. Due to Mr. *****'s constant threats of lawsuits, Lionsbridge and Liberty Mutual are sending an independent third party to inspect the roof. We are waiting on their findings at this time. If it is determined that there are workmanship issues with the roof replacement, Dry Patrol will cover the repairs under the warranty provided to the customer. If it is determined to be other repair issues with the home Mr. ***** will need to make those repairs himself. We will update the file as soon as we hear from the independent inspector.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID ********. DryPatrol provided me a check for 1245 dollars. It was for something else, but it covers some of the cost for the basement walls. I am a pretty transparent person. They gave me 995-dollar refund because the independent inspector told me that they didn't do something, and I called them out on it. Drypatrol said that they did but didn't want to come out and inspect it. I have a lawsuit and EEO complaint I am dealing with at Wright Pat for discriminating against me and other disabled Veterans. I don't have the energy to fight DryPatrol right now.
Sincerely,
******* *****
