ATEEMTED TO PURCHASE AN EBIKE FROM VENDOR, ON DEC 18,2023. AFTER ALOT OF BACK AND FORTH THROUGH EMAIL,******* FROM ****'S EBIKE SAID BIKE IS ON BACK ORDER AND DIDN;T KNOW WHEN OR IF THEY WILL COME IN BECAUSE SUPPLY DEMANDS.I REQUESTED THROUGH EMAIL ON THE ***** OF DEC 2023 TO CANCEL ORDER, ***** HE SAID HE WOULD DO. fAST FORWARD TO TODAY. I NEVER RECIEVED A BIKE, A RECEIPT OR AN SHIPPING INVOICE.Business response

It is stating that it was at the distribution center and on its way to the final address we do not control our manufactures or the shipping companys we have fulfilled our obligation and consider this matter closed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Final delivery was sent to wrong address in the state of **. Shipping invoice had no name or the correct shipping address. My address is the State of ******. I've been trying to resolve this since 28Dec23
