      Buyer beware! We bought a cartridge that we found out was defective (after the 30 day return policy) and they refused to exchange it. They were not helpful, understanding, or willing to work with us at all. We were loyal customers, and this was our first issue, and they couldn't exchange it for a cartridge that worked. Poor customer service.

      I am a 73 year old retired customer service trainer for the Skillpath Seminar Company. Ink Technologies just established a new high point in my life time of customer service experiences. Nothing I say will do justice to the amazing service I received. I reported a problem with some toner cartridges and replacement ones were at my door step in record time at no cost to me. Do not let saving 74% by buying compatible vs. brand specific cartridges. First, the color copies are beautiful, so clear and crisp. Second, the warranty and returns policy of Ink Technologies has you covered should you ever have a problem. I have purchased from them several times and this was the first time I needed assistance.

      We ordered three toner cartridges from InkTech. They arrived quickly, and we received notification of when they were being sent. The printer stopped working after only one cartridge was used. We spoke with Tracy, who said we would receive a full refund for the two cartridges, once we mailed them in. Upon receipt of the cartridges we received notice that the refund was being processed, and the credit showed up on our credit card. Very easy to deal with.

      I purchased a printer cartridge based on the cartridge number I entered on their website. When I installed it I got an error message stating incompatiblity. I called Ink Technologies and they told me I had to purchase on original replacement cartridge for my particular printer. Nowhere on the page I was directed to mentioned this via an asterik or bold lettering. I am now expected to pay for the return shipping for this useless part. Very dishonest in my opinion. Would never even consider buying from them again.

      This customer purchased a compatible toner for an HP Printer. HP sells printers that customers unknowingly agree to use ONLY HP OEM products. These printers cost less and the agreement is that for the life of the printer the owner must use OEM products in them. It is a giant scam and we are finding out that many people are not aware that they have purchased these types of printers. HP is claiming that 3rd party ink can allow hackers into your computer, which is a complete falsehood. And that is why HP only wants the customer to use HP OEM ink. However, HP does sell this same printer at a higher price, and that printer does allow you to use 3rd party ink. In other words, the purchase of the higher priced printer does NOT include a contractual agreement with HP. Any HP printer that ends in “E” means that you have a contract with HP and you must use their ink only. This customer has a printer that ends with an E, which means he is in a CONTRACT with HP for using their ink only. Knowing this small detail falls to the customer. However, we did refund this customer in full, without requiring a return of the product.

      The remanufactured ink cartridge I purchased from this company did not work. I spent hours trying to get all of the colors to print, but only two of the three colors barely printed anything out. It was a huge waste of time. The company only refunded the price of the cartridge, and I lost money on the initial shipping cost of the purchase and the return shipping cost. If you absolutely have to buy an ink cartridge, then buy it brand new directly from the printer manufacturer.

      I had terrible customer experience with this company. I purchased ink for my kids printer before school started. When I installed new cartridge, my printer showed error. I followed all troubleshooting as website stated and no luck. Ink what they sent to me was defective. My kids need to print for their school and I had to purchase original ink from Best buy. I filed return to this online company for defective product with money back. I had to spend $10.70 for shipping and this company is not providing shipping labels for return. Basically they are ripping off customers with sending defective products from the beginning.

      When the customer set up his RMA, he opted to receive a credit for his purchase.  Had he chosen to get a replacement, we would have sent him a replacement cartridge at no cost. Also, opting for a replacement would have eliminated returning the defective part. 

      We do not "rip off" customers. We do not intentionally send out defective products.  Defective products happen and we do our best to help the customer through the process of replacing it.

      We understand the inconvenience this caused this customer and we strive to help resolve customer issues.

      I do understand what you saying. However, as you mentioned defective products happens and you are admitting it, but it’s doesn’t mean that customer needs to pay for sending back to your company. I was first time buyer from your company and instead helping your customers your company is ripping off them by sending it to Customers.

      Regarding the company, "Ink Technologies".. I orderd what was supposed to be a toner cartridge for my Brother printer. They sent me only a drum. The toner in it is not only woefully substandered, but the amount of toner wasn't even half as much as it should have been. Also when printing after installing the drum, it left spots and some light shading on the right side of the page in the last 3/4 of an inch.of the pages. I would never buy from this company again. What they represented the product I ordered to be, was not at all what I received. I agree with Linda G.in her assesment that they are fraudulent. In order to post a review one must give a star rating, and therefore I I gave 1 star. However in reality I give them 4 negitive stars.

      The order was placed for a TN460 toner cartridge and they paid $19 for the cartridge, $1.59 tax and $4.95 shipping for a total of $25.54. The did not order a drum, we did not ship them a drum we shipped a toner. The Brother products are sold as a drum that is separate from the toner. You typically go through 3-4 toners before needing to replace the drum. Toner is 6000 page yield and the drum is 20,000 page yield. We have no record of this customer contacting us with this issue. There was no phone call or online RMA set up. If the customer does not let us know about the issue, we cannot resolve it. We would be happy to reach out to this customer to get this resolved. Or he can call us. One other thing, whenever you install a new toner you are supposed to clean the Corona wire on the Drum by sliding a tab back and forth on it a few times.

      Of course I didn't bother contacting them, I'm not a fan of those who ********. I don't feature being subjected to ridiculas bull, as though I a'm stupid. People reading my complaint will know the difference between a "toner drum" and a "toner cartridge". I ordered the toner cartridge. As they admit, they sent me a drum. Wha=t was paid is completly irrelevent to the fact they claimed they were selling a toner cartridge for the amount, all the time they knew they were selling a drum. Now they claim they did not ship a drum, that they shipped a toner. A toner comes in a plastic bottle, not in a drum. However all the BS in their response does not change the facts they admit too. I ordered a "toner catridge", as they listed it and was sent something different. Not to forget, it had considerably less toner in it than is standard. There is no way the drum they sent would yeild even 4,000 pages. It appears to me Ink Tech is used to those who read their responses are willing to do the dance of the *****. I am not.

      I need to add that they claim if they were aware of the issue, they could resolve it. Well, excuse me. But doesn't your response to my post show you are aware of the issue. They go on to say they " would be happy to reach out to this customer to get this resolved. Well they have my email, phone # and address. However they have reached out through none of them. Their response is complete BS, as is the misreppresentation of the products they sell. My 14 year old daughter knows the difference between toner, toner drum and toner cartridge. How ever apparantly they don't. I have no doubt they have a big gold lettered plaque in the office stating, " IF YOU CAN'T DAZZLE THEM WITH BRILLANCE, BAFFLE THEM WITH BS.

      Every color cartridge that replaced HP 78 has been a bad cartridge. I ordered 3. I don't know about the 4 black cartridges that replaces the HP 45 yet as I have not needed to open one yet but they are possibly be defective also. I am past the 30 day return policy so... I will never do business with this company again. Hal

      non of the ink cartridges worked and they only give you a 30 day replacement/return period. so by the time I opened the ink and realized my almost $100 order was no good I was not able to get any compensation.
