I visited this facility in May of 2021 for an evaluation and consultation. I was told that they would treat me and do everything they could to fix my issues and relieve my pain. They scheduled an ultrasound in June, and then when they called with results said they would be contacting my insurance and scheduling my surgery. I called them back in July when I hadn't heard from them, and was told they were still waiting on the insurance to approve. The insurance approved 6 months of treatment the 27th (I think) of July. When I called again in August I was told that they erre trying to schedule my surgery but were having trouble scheduling a follow up ultrasound. I called several times after that and my calls were never returned. So here it is January 2022, my insurance approval has run out my deductible has reset and I have still not had one procedure done. I have some serious circulation issues and am in some serious pain. I am extremely angry that I am still suffering and they don't seem to care at all. This is no way to run a business, and if for some reason I should lose a leg it will be on them.
