I ordered 2 products and received them. I sent them back not used because the quality was shockingly bad. They are not fu find me. Not providing a phone nbr or a name to contact and claiming they never revived the products back. Terrible products and very bad service and now keeping my money.Business response

A Customer, ****** ******, stated that he asked for a refund and did not receive. Reviewing our records, we were very responsive to ****** and asked he provide the tracking number to his return because we did not see it come in. Once he provided the tracking number, we refunded him immediately.Please see below emails and our evidence of refund.If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
