The shop charged me 4500 to do some work and I still have the same issue I called them back and they wanted to me to bring it back over an hour away leaking oil I’ve lost a lot of wages not having this truck 100% I have zero time to do all that when it’s still left the shop leaking I do not want them touching my car again after telling me it needed more work so it put us behind schedule when I told them call me when it’s done and fixed and to let me know what else it needs. And how loot they would have it so I could get a rental . All tune will do is like every other shop bring it in document to cover themselves and try and charge me I shouldn’t of o had to fix anything after a 4500 dollar repair bill which I know they didn’t do all of that because I paint marked bolt so see if they did the ****** customer service and lack of standing behind their work is why I just want some sort of refund

Customer brought us his 7.3 diesel Ford truck for various oil leaks, and other issues. We found the valve cover breather leaking oil, both valve cover gaskets leaking oil, oil pan dipstick nut loose leaking oil, front main seal and cover leaking oil, inter-cooler boot clamps were loose and leaking oil (from oil collected internally), high pressure oil lines leaking oil, high pressure reservoir leaking oil, and power steering lines leaking. After resolving all of these leaks the customer then called back later and decided to have us service the front differential and transfer case. Customer also declined repair of his front end parts that were causing his wandering. Customer paid and picked up his truck, and called about a week later saying it's still leaking. We're not surprised as whoever previously worked on the truck did a heck of a job messing everything up. BUT if it was something we touched then we would take care of it as part of our warranty. Customer FLAT REFUSED to bring his truck back for us to warranty our work. Many, many, many times the customer called, texted, or messaged us expressing his unhappiness about his truck leaking, for months and months, all the while refusing to bring his truck back to us to look and see if it was something we worked on or not. At this point I can only conclude that there is nothing wrong with his truck and he is only after money. I don't know of any reasonable person who would not want us to resolve any issue if in fact it was our doing. I can only conclude the customer is only after free money.
