I used TNT for a/c Freon was low. They came to my home May 18, 2023 was there approx 20 minutes ( have text from husband on way at 3:27 pm left 3:56 pm) I was charged 1.5 hrs of work and 3 # Freon @ $65 a # . I called disputing the time and amount was told check would be held a adjustment would be made and a tech sent to home to check for leak. No one showed up. Called multiple times. They deposited check on 7/10. I want the adjustments promised and $36 overdraft fee caused by the check I was. It expecting to be deposited without warning or a call.Business response

Our technician called customer to visit her home and they did not answer to ceome back out, our technician is calling customer now 7/12 9.05 am to return and tnt is sending out a reimbursement ck for 1/2 hr which is 45.00 and a extra 55.00 for our mistake,and the 36.00 for ck. this is our very busy time of year and mistakes happen , and we always take care of our customers ****** *****Customer response
