      6-13-22, 6-23-22, 7-29-22, 11-21-23 Payments I paid account in full by 6-23-22 & another payment on 7-9-22.

I was told I needed surgery on my mouth before getting my permanent dentures. Had to wait until I retired, and when checking into getting the surgery done they no longer had a dentist (the temporary dentists were not covered by my dental insurance).

When they finally got a regular dentist; he said I did not need to have the surgery that the original dentist said was required. When I went into the office to pick up my permanent dentures on 11-21-23, they would not give them to me until I paid more money. They said I owed another $200, but I reminded them that they were paid in full before I got my temporary dentures.

So I contacted my new insurance co & Insurance paid $355.55 instead of the $150 plus the $50 I paid. Office manager wrote on the receipt that account was paid in full (for the 2nd time!).

Then I just received another bill from Corporate office wanting even more money. I understand they have had price increases, but I should not be penalized because of that. How many more times are they going to want me to pay account in full?

I would like my $50 extra I paid on 11-21-23, and want NO more bills from Aspen Dental.
