Drop my car off almost 3 weeks ago to get fixed. I keep getting the runaround on when I’m getting my car back but yet they want me to continue to make my car payments which is fine. I owe the debt and it needs to be paid but I need my car.. I spoke to a lady today who informed they have cars for March and people are paying on them and still don’t have the car back. This is crazy. I am going to lose my job. I deserve an answer on my car or at least let me know what is wrong and where my car is.Business response

Below is our response to Complaint ID 18061239.
A. Glockner Auto Credit (GAC) is the dba of Rosemount Financial Services, Inc., a retail used car lot. GAC sold Smith the vehicle. Auto Now Acceptance Co., LLC (Auto Now) is a separate finance company, which was assigned the retail installment agreement from GAC and holds the loan on the vehicle. See Attachment A.
B. The vehicle was bought AS-IS from GAC with all warranties, express, implied, fitness for any particular purpose and merchantability disclaimed. See Attachment B.
C. If a GAC customer has an issue with a vehicle GAC sold, then GAC will often try to have the issued fixed. Depending on the situation, the repair can be a goodwill repair – that is, GAC will pay for the repair. Other times, Auto Now will finance the repair.
D. The customer brought the vehicle back to GAC complaining of issues with the vehicle. GAC agreed to send the vehicle to an outside garage named Auto Styles. Auto Styles diagnosed the vehicle’s problems and performed the work. See Attachment C.
E. Customer was unable to pay for the repair in a lump sum; therefore, Auto Now financed the repairs. See Attachment D.
F. Customer informed us that the vehicle broke down again. We offered to pick it up and take it back to the repair shop, but the customer refused.
