Ordered 3 jerseys per girl, every design is a different size one design way to big for them to wear the other the Last name on one jersey is below the girls knees. Qouted BP jackets and lid the full quote nearly $3000 dollars and didn’t even get the jackets with our order. Some girls names are partial on the back of the jerseys. Was given samples to try on which every girl did, pants received they can’t even get on. Every uniform is useless to us as they are either huge or way to small. Was given a deadline that was not met then he went on vacation and said I was rude for bugging him and that it was our fault that we scheduled the girls tournamentsBusiness response

***** began contacting us in October of 2023 where we designed his uniforms and let him use one of our sizing kits for the girls to try on uniforms. He kept our kit for over 8 months and then placed his order on May 6th with payment. Turnaround times for us vary but at the time was 4 weeks from payment date. ***** was aware of this and was told if his team has a deadline to give an extra week for turnaround. His uniforms were delivered on June 5th (4 weeks) and picked up. ***** was sending threatening messages on June 5th before his uniforms came in with threats of reporting us to BBB and leaving reviews. He left a review on our ******** page and later deleted it.
Sizing of uniforms does not change from our try on kit to the actual printed product. If there were differences from the kit to the product, the customer wrote down the wrong measurements or sized incorrectly.
***** did not fill out our order form which was sent to him on 2 different occasions. I was sent a jumbled email mess from his wife which I converted over to our order form. Before this order went into production our order form was approved by ****** wife, *****. She did not input any cage jackets on the email, they were not on our order form, they were not on the invoice, and never paid for.
In the screenshots you can see ****** team (******* ******) wearing the uniforms with no issues in recent social media posts. Another coach from his team is still trying to order uniforms with us and has stated numerous times how sorry he is for ****** actions and the way he has went about this order. Any mistakes in spelling of names or missing names is solely on the customer by not filling out the order form. (also approved by *****)
A compressed ZIP folder is attached with all of the threatening messages, responses, and players wearing all the uniforms. Proof also that no cage jackets were ordered as well as the invoice.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below. There has not been any attempt to correct his mistakes or even get the missing uniforms that we have paid for. He states in the screenshot that he would refund for the blue jerseys which he has not. You can not see that every girl is using a safety pin to close the broken zippers in the very first game the uniforms were worn in The pictures of the girls wearing the uniforms

It appears to me that this is nothing but a scam from ***** ******. Since this has started he’s stated nothing but lies in his first response. The ******* ****** team is also not even a team anymore. Everyone quit *****’s team seemingly as this was happening which made him start a new team - ***** ********** *****. That makes these uniforms unusable to him which is why he wants money back to fund another team.
***** was offered a refund for the blue jerseys initially because of his demeanor so we didn’t have to deal with him anymore. His response was “we want nothing less than a full refund.” (For the entire order placed when there was nothing wrong with these items). We reserve the right to fix any items if there is an error. Before I could respond to this reply, he blew my business page up with misinformation on over 75+ public posts and wrote a misguided review. With this and his harassment and threats I cut off contact with him and began contact with ****** *****. (Another main coach)
****** and I on were working to still fix any issues and that is when ***** wrote into the BBB and ****** along with many others on the team, quit ******* ******.
There are no missing uniforms or items outstanding with this order. To say “There has not been any attempt to correct his mistakes or even get the missing uniforms that we have paid for.” - is completely false and proven with numerous screenshots attached.
He is complaining about these uniforms even with his new team, the girls are STILL wearing our uniforms and posting photos in them.
Please review all screenshots attached in our first response as well as this one to show why he will not be getting a refund from us and prove everything he is saying is an attempt to acquire money that does not belong to him to pad his pockets, as he has done with numerous other companies previously.Business response
