Ellie T**** is a nut job. We rented a long term unit from her through air b&b. Ellie terrible at communicating… her and her co host Pam are never on the same page. Ellie is a liar or is experiencing early onset dementia and cannot recall events accurately and will twist what happened. When we switched to a renovated unit (cause her unrenovated unit was a slum) her assistant Pam told us she may need to get in the unit once a day after to drop off a chair, some decor, and dishes. I then took the chance to complain to Pam the unit we were staying in had too many dishes and no room for our dry food and too many throw pillows to use the furniture and really don’t need anything. Pam of course ignored our request. We never agreed that Ellie could show up without for the rest of our stay to work on decor and “inventory.” We requested the opposite that we do not need decor and anything. Ellie left a bad review stating we agreed to rent an unfinished unit from her and then denied her access to the unit when she gave proper notice. All a lie. By ohio state law proper notice is 48 hours not 1 hour cause you’re in the neighborhood. I also can’t believe the number of times she continuously tried to drop stuff off a few months into our stay. Her and her property manager constantly interrupted my baby’s naps and breastfeeding trying cram more stuff in the unit. I think she was determined to make our stay miserable. I had to hang up on her once cause she kept demanding an answer to a question I had already answered and I kept telling her I had to go cause my baby was crying and she was starting to raise her voice. At the end of my stay me and my baby got Covid probably from someone in the building since we left twice that week. We informed air b&b cause I knew she wouldn’t care. She denied our request to stay and put all her employees and tenants at risk at to make an extra buck then lied about not knowing in the review. Air b&b removed the review saying it was borderline harassment

0 STARS!!!Never have I ever encountered a real estate agent, host or even a human being for that matter that treats other human beings in such an insignificant manner. The way she yells and talks over you without listening appalls me, & apparently dozens of other people as well. If youre seeing this review, its your sign to not do any type of business with this person as its hard to even call her that. If youre on a phone call with her, be sure to record it as harassment is bound to happen. Tried to belittle me over the phone as if I were some young oblivious fool. Multiple reports have been opened against her in the past to have her be removed from Air ******** sure any other platform she has touched as well. I you have been treated by this woman in such a manner, I ask you kindly; please leave a review where ever you can. & report her where ever youre able too. Especially on *** ***. She violates countless rules & regulations while remaining indifferent to her customers. Ive taken this matter upon myself, but as we all know. When we work together theres a much better chance of making change. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I know she will respond in hopes to combat this review in some ignorant manner.
