This place is shady. I will never buy from this auction site again. Brand new means nothing but its in the box it came in.

They called and were told to bad. They are out $95 This has happened to other people since Ive been telling people to open boxes. *************!

I strongly disagree with your claims about transparency in your bidding process. Your terms and conditions may state that items aren't tested or verified, but it's unreasonable to expect buyers to inspect every item thoroughly before bidding, especially for online auctions.*Key Issues*1. Lack of clear descriptions: Your "Brand New" label implies items are flawless, but I've experienced broken items with no mention of damage.2. Inadequate photos: Photos often fail to show obvious defects.3. No testing or verification: Buyers can't rely on your "Working Condition Verified" label.*Solutions*1. Provide detailed descriptions, including visible defects.2. Include high-quality photos from multiple angles.3. Offer testing or verification options.Your "As-Is, Where-Is" policy shifts responsibility to buyers, but it's essential to ensure accuracy and transparency in item descriptions.I urge you to reconsider your policies and prioritize buyer ************* my opinion you are scamming your customers including me, you did it to me several times.

I have soo many horror stories regarding this business but the worst was today. I bid on a sewing machine for my mom for Christmas. The pick up hours used to vary and provide morning and afternoon options but was changed to 12-6. I got there 6:03 and was denied entry. I came back today to pick up the item, after paying online for it and was taken from me. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund the money or give me the item. Its one thing buying items labeled as good condo but comes broken and in pieces but its unfair that they wouldnt refund your money or give you the item because I got there at 6:03.

The warehouses are on strict inbound and removal schedules and do not hold anything beyond their posted removal days. Removal dates are stated on every auction as it’s running and also on the receipts you receive once it’s charged out. The removal times have been the same for several years. Your removal days for the item in question were 11/5, 11/6 and 11/7 from 12:00pm-6:00pm at the Florence warehouse. I am seeing that you were picking up from other warehouses on 11/6 around 3:00. You then had other auctions at the Florence location where pick up began on the 8th. It looks like you were attempting to combine removals for different auctions into one trip, however, the removal days for those auctions did not overlap. Once your removal days pass, the items are automatically re-lotted into new auctions. They are no longer yours. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items not picked up on time.

Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience using our website and to get some great deals as well. In order to do that, you will want to familiarize yourself with our item descriptions and how items are lotted. We deal in secondary market items. Secondary market means, these could come from customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls or display/floor models. We state clearly in writing throughout the website, the terms and conditions and even signs in our warehouses that we do not test items, we do not assemble items, and we dont verify part lists to confirm completeness. We use 5 item classifications to describe the items listed on our website: Brand New: Item is complete and in original packaging. Brand New items often originate from shelf pulls or overstock. Good Condition: Item is free of major damage or defects. The item may or may not be in the original packaging, packaging may be less than perfect, hardware may be missing, or product may have been opened previously. Minor scrapes, scuffs, chips, or dents may be present. Good Condition items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, or in-store display units. Working Condition Verified: Item has been turned on and appears to have power. This grade is typically reserved for liquidated restaurant equipment, high value electronics, or high value appliances. Working Condition Verified items often originate from customer returns, restaurant *********************** or business closings. As Is: Item has not been thoroughly inspected. Items could show signs of use, could be incomplete, or could have obvious damage or defects. There are no guarantees to the condition, quality, or functionality of As Is items. Although we have made our best attempt to accurately identify and describe the item, please be aware the actual item specifics such as brand, size, color, or model number may differ from the auction listing. As Is items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, refurbished goods, or store liquidations. Preview for Condition: Please visit the auction location during the designated preview times to personally inspect this item before bidding. This item could have unique specifications, patterns, or wood grains that are difficult to capture in photos. Item may have been used or have defects. Preview for Condition items often originate from restaurant liquidations, customer returns, overstock, store ***********************, shelf pulls, store displays, or refurbished goods. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, returns, or exchanges will be considered unless the item has been misidentified, or product condition is incorrect. It is the bidders responsibility to understand the defined product conditions and to thoroughly read all product descriptions and notes before bidding. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may inadvertently misidentify or mis-condition an item. Should you discover an error in the identification or condition of the item you won, please see an associate AFTER checking out and before leaving the building so the issue can be addressed. No refunds will be issued once you have left the building. Being familiar with these terms is very important as to how the items condition is assessed. We always recommend doing a little homework online for larger purchases. Double check to see how many boxes the item should be in. That way you'll know if your item is complete or not. You also want to be sure to read the COMPLETE item description before bidding. An item can be listed as Brand New and still be incomplete if the pieces available are in Brand New condition. The fact that the item was incomplete was disclosed in the listing as NOT THE FULL SET!! (BOX 4 OF 4)Because it was disclosed in the item listing, the item would not be eligible for a refund because of being incomplete.

Gave me less than 2 days to pick up, then made me forget items. The one item I could get was shown in the pic as pieces in a box, so I assumed it was probably missing a part, what I didnt know or can tell from the picture was it was extremely used. Missing bolts and cover in mud and dirt. I had winning bids on 3 items less than 24 hrs between auctions on November 30th they only gave me until nov 1st on 2 items and nov 4th on the 3rd item. This place auctions of trash. If you walk through the warehouse it looks like they picked all the items out of the garbage. It wasnt like that a few years ago, Im done with them and I will be disputing charges with my bank.

I tried to get a refund on an item that I was supposed to pick up on a Friday they don't open on the weekend I was trying to contact somebody the Friday to pick it up and there was no one available for me to speak with. Then when I sent an email out to let them know that I wasn't going to be able to pick it up this was the first time it ever happened and if they can somehow give me a one time forgiveness and they said they weren't able to do so I tried to speak to somebody and the support team and they gave me a horrible response did not check on my items and did not try to assist me in any way. I would suggest you not buy from this website because they have no sincerity for their customers or understanding I'm 6 months pregnant and this is very stressful for me.

0 starts, not one. This place will list broken items that can not be used under good condition. They steal your money and say sorry about your luck. They say you should have checked all items. This place is crowded and 0 room to pull out each and every part of furniture to see if it's broken. What ever happened to honest people? These sellers just rip people off by the hour. It's insane. I won a bid on a bassinet that was listed as good condition. The mattress for it wasn't even in there. Every single bassinet comes with a mattress. Now what am I supposed to do??? Out the money and no baby bed.

Bought an item in good condition. Before leaving the warehouse my son asked an associate if we could test the deep freezer before leaving and was told that they don't test appliances and that all sales are final. Their website mentions that it could be tested. I've emailed support and all the lady said was no refunds. I am out of almost $200 the deep freezer is hazards as it let's off a burning fuming smell and makes popping noises as if it's going to blow up. I will be disputing this with my bank and if I am not refunded I will be taking this scam of a company to court... I don't need a reply from the company on this platform because they have already made their mind up and so have i.....

All of these terms are posted in every auction and must be agreed to in order to place a bid. The bidder did not inspect the item before leaving the location. They apparently opened it at home and then emailed in that the item was not what it was listed as. Because the item was not inspected at the location, there is no way to prove it is the same item they picked up. That is why we list, in the auction terms and on the signs in the warehouses, that the items are to be inspected prior to leaving the building and if there are any issues, it can be handled at that time. Once the item leaves, it is ineligible for a refund. We are an auction company that deals in returns. Our items are “As-Is, Where-Is”. Meaning, “the seller is offering to sell their property in its present, existing condition to prospective buyers”. Our lotters create auctions of over 100 items a day. They do not have the time to closely inspect items they list, nor are they experts in the items they list. Which is why we stress to bidders that they need to inspect their items. In the email to the Support Agents, there was no mention of being told they are not permitted to inspect the items. They would not have been told that, because that is our policy. All warehouses are aware of and do that.
