Just a PSA. The woman who I used for pop pops cake is Tehia Kakerations R***. She did not communicate any changes to me. The cake I received was technically 2 & 1/2 hours late wasn’t anything like I asked for. I paid this woman for a stand she says didn’t even arrive in time (didn’t tell me until after I asked when I received the cake a only “bakers straws” were in the cake that was LEANING and lopsided). Paid her for delivery even though in her “contract” it says people picking up only get a 15 minute grace period or they assess a late fee. She charged me for edible images that she did not use, she used regular pictures on actual photo paper (again did not communicate this with me until after I received the cake and asked about it). Told me she uses butter cream icing, the icing was store bought icing. The cake itself was box cake from the store. I paid this woman up front, every week she texted me telling me she needed more money for this or that. I tried to be patient, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt however she has yet to refund even $1 back to me, even though she admitted to not using the extras I paid her for. She offered a dozen free cupcakes with my order. Did not tell disclose they would be mini cupcakes (literally the size of quarters), even sent me pictures of cupcakes she has done prior that we’re full-size (pictured). I asked for my grandfathers military picture on them, again she printed a regular picture on actual photo paper and sat it on top of them. Very very disappointed and will not be using her again. She has told me since Sunday she would be sending a refund. Said her refunds are Tuesday- Thursday to give her time to load the card she uses for apple pay. Here we are after 11pm on Thursday and still no refund. Pictures are attached to show what I wanted and what I received (again a total of 2 & 1/2 hours late, arrived after the party started after I had communicated the start time for the party multiple times).Initial Complaint

Tehia was paid to do my wedding cake and treat table over 10 months before my wedding and than a month before my wedding she told me she would do my decorations for the wedding. She was paid for both services. She was owed $400.00 dollars out of $7200 and she didn't come get the final payment from my wedding planner. She cancelled doing my decorations at 9:30pm the night before my wedding and never came with my wedding cake are treats and nothing that she said was paid for!! She lied about everything and just ruin my wedding. I have been requesting my money back from this lady and all she do is lie and have been giving me the run around!!! She lies on my other vendors that actually did show up!! I just was asking for what I paid to her and she just decide to keep people money and ruin days they can never get back. I have all the text messages from her and I. I also have proof of funds paid to her and her son (William Johnson) that she had me cash app some of my payments to him for her.
