I implore you to think many times before you do business with this shop. We ordered cabinets in 2020. While the design process was great, the customer service through installation and after installation was non-existent. After our cabinetry was installed we ran into issues with cracks and chips in the paint and panel bubbling where the panel meets the counter. In order to have the issues fixed, I needed to pay my last installment, which I did. I was then completely ghosted by the company for 1.5 years. Calls never returned, emails ignored. I was finally able to speak to another designer and she was willing to get the owner involved. After the owner made the initial introductory call, he said he would call early the next week to set up time to look at the issues. He showed up completely unannounced this morning and made excuses for all of the issues, unwilling to fix them, even blaming the installer. He was rude and I told him to leave my house. He was yelling at me from his car. INCREDIBLY unprofessional. He received his payment, but he left me with over a dozen issues with cabinetry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!Review from Vicki L

I went to Western Custom Cabinetry to order cabinets. I brought in the layout and all they had to do is price the various cabinets out. When the estimate was sent out to me there was just a total dollars about. There wasn't detailed documentation what I was ordering. I requested a break down of each cabinet and the salespersons told me that they didn't do that. This falls under **** deceptive business practices. We have the right to know what we are paying for each item. I will be sending a complaint to thee **** ************************** I have talked to several people and there are many complaints about this company!
