The original bid was sent on 6/16/2021. Half of the invoice (3,125: total 6,250) was due as a deposit in order to book. In the terms "The projected timeline for the project is 7 days." On 6/17/2021, half of the invoice was paid. The first day the team was over to our house was 7/17/2021, where the room was gutted and taped up. ********** truck broke down which delayed the project. The next day he arrived was on 7/29/21. On 7/30/2021, ******** was supposed to come to work. He was contacted on several occasions and then responded that he got busy working on another clients house. Final payment was sent on 8/19/2021. The last day they worked was 8/20, without finishing. On August 24th, we inquired about several items that his team took from our household, with no response. Another invoice was sent to us asking for compensation for additional items purchased and more work hours. The invoice did not have itemized prices, so I reached out to inquire about the prices on October 7th. His response was "Not a problem I will bring the items in the morning and you don't owe me anything plus I will have the guys there so we can finish any concerns you may have". On October 8th, he stated they "were finishing up and trying to make it to us". We never heard back from them. I reached out on October 31st demanding our items be returned to us and our job finished. I didn't hear from them until December 11th when he tried to call. I tried to call back but he did not answer. On December 13th he stated he will be back in January. We have still not heard from him. The job was for a leaking window which they have yet to seal and paint (6 months later)-picture posted. We are also concerned the job was not completed up to code-after we inquired about it and he said it was- we are still concerned. He has had our irreplaceable property (at least 100 dollars worth), including a shop vac hose, a drawer, screws, oil, painters tape, and box fan since September with no attempts to return.
