I signed a contract with this company in September. I have been trying to speak with someone since November and they will not return calls. It is a lot of money to pay for a service where I have to file a BBB complaint just to get a return phone call. I have sent emails text messages and voice messages for more than two months. I am concerned the company is not going to fulfill the terms of the contract and would like to speak to management.Business response
