I brought 2 dresses to be drycleaned which i paid for at time of drop off. In August 2023 i went back to get them he looked for them then came back snd told me they were gone.Said even though it hadn't been 60 days they had beem mistakenly donated. I went bavk couple of days later and asked where they were donated because I was willing to go and see if thry were still there i would have gladly bought them back. Then i was told thst the person who took the clothing out couldn't tell them where they took them so they suspected theft and there were other people stuff missing as well but give them til end of month (September)and i would be reimbursed for my dresses. I waited til 10/16 to go now im being told owner won't honor what manager told me because he doesn't have to becauce they were there longer than 40 days.Initial Complaint

Business lost an irreplaceable item and I was cooperating with the store manager who was very helpful. But the owner Josh said he has 30days to locate the lost item. It's been two weeks. Any rational person would agree that if someone took it home by mistake they already would of returned it. He doesn't have a clue how to keep a customer satisfied.Customer response

I have three pieces of clothing that were damaged in the process of dry cleaning, two have scorched marks on them, and the other missing beads and a lot of loose threads hanging from the material. The manager Keifer and i spoke on the phone and he said no problem he will take care of this and refund me the replacement cost and give my clothes back, since i requested if that is possible, he said YES. I dropped off my items for review and to discuss the refund process. It is now going on the FOURTH Month since my initial contact, I've been trying my best to get them to follow through with what they promised to resolve! Kefir the manager has not contacted me as promised, I called to talk with him one or two weeks later, but the person said he left for the day, i called again the following week got his schedule and each time i dropped by he was not there, two or three weeks later i drove over to the location, again he was not there. In the second month i wrote him a note in the store, and the young guy apologized and called Kefir, he was put on the phone with me to discuss how to resolve this, and he asked me to come in to go over things and issue me a refund. I drove over again, and I asked to get my clothes, but they could not find them! i drove over there 8 times to talk with Kefir, I finally found him, he was apologetic and asked me to stop in another time, he was getting ready to leave, he said he will call me to schedule something and he never did! I have driven to the store 8 times to get this resolved, the staff will not pick up the phone, they say they are too busy. I have left two handwritten notes for Kefir, and 2 or 3 voice mail messages, and i received NO CALL BACKS and NO RESOLUTION. Yesterday I drove over there again, and the young guy told me he will speak with the owner Josh and he will have him call me in the evening, the OWNER did not call me, this is going on the 4th month and the issue has not been resolved with ZIP DRY CLEANERS!
