***** had contractors come out in October 2022 to move the gas meter from inside the house to outside. This summer a company came out to check the work and apparently my sewage line was broken in the process of moving the meter outside my house. My basement began leaking shortly after the meter was moved outside of the house but I didn't put two and two together until this summer when the other ***** contractor found that my sewage line was broken. After they "fixed" it, my basement was still leaking so then I went back to the drawing board. I had a couple people come to look at the problem but after one of them told me I had a sewage problem, I went back to ***** and long and short there was another thing broken and my house has been taken in sewage and has began to form black mold. I have been given the run around. Sent pictures and no body is taking this seriously. I want my basement cleaned. My cats, who have been downstairs, have stopped getting sick since I moved them upstairs. I don't want to turn on my furnance because now I have open mold in the basement. I just want to clean my basement and have someone take this issue seriously. I really hope you can help.Initial Complaint

KS Energy Services worked for People's Gas to reroute the gas line on my house and the houses in my neighborhood. During this process, they broke all the bottom window panels on one side of my house. During the work, the field leader saw and acknowledged the damage they caused and told me to file a complaint with the company. After a difficult procedure to file the complaint with KS Energy Services they ended up refusing to take responsibility for the damages they caused.Business response
