I used my debit card to purchase gas. I paid inside of the store rather than paying at the pump to avoid a holding fee. The $20.00 was taken off my card but the cashier said there is a holding fee and that my money should be on my card. I told her I get instant notifications and the money was immediately taken off. I explained to the owner that my money was not refunded nor did I get gas. He had a different cashier take a picture of my transaction that shows it was not pending and the receipt was pulled showing that the cashier voided the transaction. I NEVER got my money back nor did I get gas. The owner took my number and said he would call me when he got to the store. He never called. I went back and was told he would call me the next day. He did not attempt to rectify his cashier's mistake nor did he refund me my $20.00 or offer to let me get the gas I originally went into the store for.
