After allowing the sub contractor in our home multiple times they have continued to harass us. They have knocked on the doors multiple times as early as 7am. We have someone in the home who is a night shift worker along with having someone in the home who is medically disabled and immune compromised. We try to keep from letting people in and out of our house as much as possible for this reason. Knocking on the door multiple times at 7 in the morning is also completely unnecessary. After we contacted the supervisor back we were met with aggression as well as being told they would disable the gas to the home if we did not comply with their requests. After contacting the supervisor back we were also told they could not accommodate our work schedules and we would need to be available at their convenience which has included one of us taking off of work to be available for them at the home. Which in turn means we will be losing hours of pay as we were told it could take up to 4 hours to complete the service. This also means we have to relocate animals in our home to ensure they can access specific areas. This has become a severe inconvenience to our schedules and lives. We have been harassed by the company for over a month for a service we did not request.
