      1-5-22 to 1-12-22 KPheating and cooling was hired to purchase and install a new gas- boiler at my home. !-5-22 to 1-25-22 The gas boiler installed wasn't heating properly, leaking pipes in two locations, psi/temperature gauge was operating far above manufactory recommendations, boiler sitting on top of a flammable wooden board, the expansion tank wasn't working property because KP heating and cooling filled over capacity with hot water. Each time I called KP heating and cooling for help the owner Mr. ****** got upset and accuse me of "messing " with the boiler. Twice he accuses me over the phone of messing with the boiler. I again asks for help Mr.  had promise to "fix" the problems. He NEVER came back to my home, I had to pay over $6,000 to have the boiler reinstalled. I want a REFUND because they didn't do the job right and didn't finish it.

      KP heating and cooling were hired by Mr******** ******* to install a new boiler and remove the old system, KP heating and cooling purchased the new boiler from the supply house with half the cost of ********** dispute, KP heating and cooling also expended significant funds on equipment and delivery fees from supply houses, Due to several modifications and the work, after completion of work we did a walkthrough based on the Owners manual to confirm that the operation of the boiler is working properly, after the walkthrough Mr.******* agreed that he was satisfied with the service. There are invoices receipts to confirm the purchase of the equipment and materials that are installed on the property of **********, Along with the text messages and the number of days we extended the service. ********** voluntarily paid us a few days after the completion of work, ********** encountered issues with the boiler due to advice given from customer support. ********** requested $3000 back which is extremely unreasonable, We inform him that we will send everything to the lawyer to get everything resolved and after receiving the message, he went to the BBB and filed a complaint and also filed a dispute with his bank although he voluntarily made the payment after completing the work and confirmation of customer satisfaction, although we have purchased all of the equipment that is installed in his property he decided to file a dispute for the full total, even though the materials and the equipment are installed to his property.
