I had a dermatology appointment on 1/25/23, which required labs. No first notice or bill, assumed because I paid so quickly. I work for Highmark so looking at my EOB, I immediately paid my part of $78.26 on 4/7/23 via online bill pay with *** Bank, Cleared bank 4/14/23, check #****. Second notice; 1st call placed on 4/26/23, sw Bobby who said might be a delay posting to my account. Third notice; 2nd call placed on 6/6/23 sw Dee who asked me to fax front/back of check, no ability to fax so she gave me email address - ***********************************, she confirmed during call she received both emails, did it from bank and couldn’t do on same email. Fourth request-final past due; 3rd call placed on 6/21/2023 sw Greg who confirmed he would mark my account no to go to collections and he could see my email with copy of check was sent to Barbara. My credit rating is 800+ and not pleased that I’ve done everything possible on my end to correct their billing/crediting my account with payment. Based on my above efforts I do not feel confident I will NOT be sent to collections. Thank you, *** *******Business response

Thank you for your assistance. I received a call that i was not sent to collections and my payment was found and posted to my account.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
