On 11/28/23 I went trough mmj card paid 89.00 to the doctor through ***************************** * *************************** **** * **** ****** ***** , ) was approved and never received a registration email through OHMM registry… I have call and left numerous emails and still no response from the doctor.. I made an appointment online and seemed ok. Talked to a doctor and he said I am good and he will recommend me getting my medical card. Its been 2 days and no email, I've called over 7 times and no answer. My card isn't being renewed and I cannot contact anyone there. I tried online chat and that doesn't work. I called text tried everything and no one can help. I just want an answer.Initial Complaint

My name is ***** ********* I had an appt June 1st 2023 with Dr M******* with ************ I completed my appt paid 89 dollars was supposed to receive email from the state confirming my completed appt. And I would then pay 25 dollars for state fee and have a printed card on my phone I went to look for the email today so I could pay the 25 dollars state fee tomorrow when I get paid im 100 percent disabled on SSI I never received an email from the state of **** no one at ************ will answer my requests for my card or email from the state of **** either by phone or email I was going to pay the 25dol on the 30th of June get my card issued and go to the dispensary to get my pain medication which i haven't had in over a week and need urgently lord have mercy how can mmjcard 4less in conjunction with the state of **** get away with this its totally ridiculous I will be in touch with my bank card company direct express.to file a dispute after the holiday thankyou. Our records indicate that service was delivered as promised. There is action required on patients behalf. They must finish activating their card with OHMM registry.

I did a telehealth visit with the organization on March 23. They took the money from my **** card, $89. I have no medical card to date. I can’t get a hold of them anyway that I try so I feel I have been scammed. My only recourse is to contest it on my ****.Business response
