I booked eye brow micro blading service on 1/7/2023. The lady refused to service me after I complained her eye brow draft. The reason she used is I had ‘previous permanent make up’. No makeup is permanent. What I have is semi permanent. When I complained with the business owner she said any ink remain in the skin is permanent. If any ink remaining in the skin is considered ‘permanent’, then the business needs to specify in the website. Otherwise, it leads to client confusion and disagreements like I am having now. This is the fault of the business, so I think the $100 deposit should be refunded. The nonrefunded police is unfair to all clients and it needs to be changed. I never received the service I paid for, and the business service agreement is not rigorous and does not cover my situation.
