~ 05 December 2023 ~ Cost: $1300.00 (estimate was less than $900.00) ~ Move furniture, plant and sculpture ~ Sculpture was not moved, drawer of rolltop desk was dropped, resulting in damage to newly-laid flooring and drawer was not repaired, urn was broken, promised senior-citizen discount was not applied ~ Business has not responded to requests for resolutionCustomer response

The issue of the company failing to move the sculpture also needs to be addressed. In contracting another company, at Valley Moving and Storage rates, the base cost will be at least four hundred sixty dollars.
The carbonized copy given to me of the contract is exceedingly faint and will not scan enough to be legible. That document, along with the e-mails which assured me of services, will be posted via USPS today, 03 January 2024.
I do not, as yet, have an estimate to repair the brand-new, freshly-laid floor that was damaged. As an approximation, set the number at two hundred dollars.
The desk repair cost one hundred dollars and has been completed. I have to retroactively secure a receipt for such.
Replacing the urn, which was purchased in ****** in 1992 on a trip with a loved one, isn't possible on a one-to-one ratio. I did find a substitute vessel for eighty dollars.Business response
