Regarding the specific issues you raised:
      Grade Discrepancies and Instructor Concerns:
To address the concerns about your grades and the instructor, we need more detailed information. Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

I was trying to figure out an angle w***e you guys are coming from but it still seems as if you guys are overlooking the fact that I was mistreated at your establishment. Which made it impossible for me to have a decent experience at this school. It was very unprofessional and a very stressful environment. Once I started making complaints against the teac*** that also cursed at me, things went downhill.

Now my problem is what were your responsibility as a professional institute? So you make it impossible for me to graduate, mention my attendance didn't decline after my ordeal.

You point out my responsibilities but not my rights. I had the right to ask for help which I did not receive. I have the right to request you all send the money back to my financial aid institute.

Every moment since then I have felt that I was hustled out of my financial aid.

If I was able to graduate, that would have been absolutely wonderful in my life but instead it was cut short due to your unprofessional teac***s and staff. At some point instead of fighting for the money fight for the people you are making money off of.

I am a single mot*** that is now in debt for a certificate I never received. Also, I am unable to furt*** my talents due to the lack of responsibilities that this company did not exercise. I am after all one of the students that received an accountability award because I took accountability for everything.

At some point this company needs to be held accountable for what they did to me and what they are still doing.

Once you throw someone like me under the bus it  is only showing disrespect I was forced out because of my complaints. I was actually waiting on a response from the team so that I can return and find a reasonable solution. But again no one returned my call. Today I look back on the way that I was treated and to know that I am still being treated that way is the worst feeling ever. Especially when I have suffered from anxiety and I still pushed through to get things done to be the top of my class. To know that I have to pay a business that never held themselves accountable for their unprofessionalism.

Also since I was unable to receive my certificate, since I was forced out. No one even looked into the matter because if they did they would not continuously try to throw me under the bus. YOU WANT YOUR MONEY I GET IT BUT WE ARE NOT IN COURT THIS IS THE BBB AND MY COMPLAINTS STANDS. YOU ALL CAUSED ME A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS AND STILL IS.

This whole situation is so unreal, regardless of what I signed you guys had a legal obligation to ensure the safety of your students. Which you did not because you allowed your teac*** to disrespect me. While he still works t***e and I am sitting ***e trying to figure out my next move.

When I first began t***e I was doing this for myself and for my deceased fat***. The fact still stand, I was basically verbally assaulted by two of your teac***s. Yes two! Address that, not my signature on a piece of paper that I was once proud to sign. Until I realized you all were hustling *****.

Note I am not the only one, t***e are several students that say the same thing except they were not cursed out by the teac***.

      Regards,

      ********* ********* A.K.A  *****- ONE OF YOUR TOP STUDENTS

BBB Serving Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana 1 E 4 th, Suite 600 Cincinnati, OH 45202 Attn: **** *******
      *** *******,
Thank you for the opportunity to response to the correspondence sent to the Ohio Media School.
*** ********* ****** enrolled and started classes at the Ohio Media School in the Radio and Television Broadcasting program on December 14th, 2021 (Exhibit 1-EA) and as of July 219, 2022 is a graduate of the program (Exhibit 2-Final Transcripts). Based on our communication with the *** ******, we believe that what she is referring to the graduation ceremony which is scheduled for September 30, 2022. The campus holds two graduation ceremonies per year with *** occurring in the spring and the other in the fall. Attached is a TEAMS chat from July 19, 2022 showing the conversation where it was explained to *** ****** that she was a graduate as of July 21, 2022 and that the ceremony scheduled for September 30, 2022 (Exhibit 3-TEAMS Chat).
The curriculum at the Ohio Media School is built in a spiraling model. Concepts are introduced and built upon throughout the program. This gives the student a progressive learning experience. On Thursday, June 30, 2022, there was email correspondence between Nakia B****, Director of Education and Will J***s, Ohio Media School instructor, discussing *** ******** concern that she was duplicating a course which she had previously taken which needed to be addressed (Exhibit 4-Email Correspondence). On Wednesday, July 6, 2022, Will J***s sent an email directly to *** ****** to address her concerns and asked for the best way to contact her (Exhibit 5-Will J***s Email). It does not appear that this message was answered by *** ******.
On Tuesday, August 9, 2022 a message was sent to Financial Aid with the *** ******** ph*** number alerting them that a message was left by her expressing questions concerning her financial aid disbursement that needed to be addressed. *** ****** was contacted and the email response that she sent back requested the account balance and her ledger card which was sent to her on August 9, 2022 (Exhibit 6-Account Balance Email).
The Ohio Media School campus has a Learning Resource Center with 13 desktop computers and 7 laptops for student use. There are 7 audio studios at the campus which were updated in 2020 with new RodeCaster Pro audio boards and a radio and television station in the building. The campus also has an equipment room with studio and DSLR cameras, tripods, light kits, microph***s, and dr***s that are inventoried and kept in good working condition for student use.
*** ****** made the statement that she did not learn anything at the Ohio Media School. As part of our education process students regularly submit student reflections. *** ****** has completed several weekly student reflections explaining what she had learned that week and how that information would benefit her in her career (Exhibit 7-Student Reflections). She also stated that many of the students in her class had "quit" however of the 11 students available for graduation from the December cohort 10 graduated on time which equals a 91% on-time graduation rate.
We look forward to continuing to work with *** ****** and supporting her in achieving her career goals.
      Thank you,
Rhonda F****** Campus Director Ohio Media School-Cincinnati
