My first couple of months living here at The Lofts located in ***********,** I loved it, maybe because it was only me and my boyfriend and we worked constantly so we were practically always gone or asleep so the lack of diversity didnt bother me as much. Ive always been a great tenant but a couple of months back my sister fell on hard times and I temporarily housed them ever since then even with her being gone for weeks now my neighbors have still been harassing me with false statements and complaints and instead of being contacted and spoken to directly the accusations are taken completely at face value from these stuck up, culture lacking people and I face all the ridicule. I already notified my apartments Ill be vacanting the premises June 30th and what do they do hit me with a 14day notice I have never felt so mistreated living anywhere in my life to the point Im literally seeking legal advice and counsel because I am literally being targeted. These apartments are paper thin, over priced and racist asf. I have lived under Rookwood properties FOR 10YEARS in 3 different locations and this is the first time Ive ever felt this level of discrimination and discomfort coming home. My thing is if its been soo bad as they claim why has no one contacted law enforcement? Not once has anyone come to my door, contacted the police for noise complaints or anything of the nature but no its my word against a bunch spoiled, boring, no life having no colored people. I regret ever moving here I will never live nor recommend another Rookwood location to anyone ever again. I pray we last these next 30days. I hate coming here everyday.

This is one of the most racist companies, Don the property manager at Crane factory flats is racist and somis his boss at Rookwood properties. They wouldn't give me a real explanation as to why I was denied on my apartment. They told me to call the third party screening company and then they said I have to ask the property manager, just a bunch of back and forth ** and no one can give you an answer. Oh I know why!! Cause I'm black that's why!! They don't want black people moving down town Cincinnati no matter if your making 6 figures or not! Don is rude and they make all of their employees give 5 star reviews which is very unethical! Don't move here as I said before Don needs to be replaced as property manager!!!!!!!!!!
