I purchase 2 sandwiches at Ship's Bagel Deli for take out. I went to eat them they were a soggy mess. The bagel hadn't risen, and the smoke salmon was slimy. I tried to call the store back, but no answered. I kept calling and finally spoke to a young girl I asked to speak to a manager. The girl wanted to know what the problem was, and I explained. She went and spoke to someone, and came back to the phone and said there was nothing they could do for me and hung up the phone. I have been a customer for many years and this experience was totally unacceptable.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I was able to contact owner of the company, and we have resolved the issues. Please close the complaint!
