      I placed and paid for an order in October of 2022. The company took a long time of some of the items. I have been asking for the 3 remaining items, since December 2022. I have also asked that they refund the cost of unsent items, and asked that they send a different item of the same paid for value, if they are unable to fill the order. They won’t refund. They won’t send different items. After I told them I would contact you, i for a tracking number and thought all items were being sent. No, the two cheaper items were sent, but the one item that was $349.99 plus tax and shipping still hasn’t come, and they won’t respond to requests or emails. The refund goes to the check issuer as seen in photos.

      We apologize for the delay in receiving some of the items in your order. I understand that this can be
      frustrating. There was an oversight on our end with 2 of your items not being shipped to you or
      communicated appropriately that they were on back order.


      Unfortunately, the wrong item was shipped from a manufacturer and the original item was on back
      order and delayed in getting to you. This communication was overlooked. When it was identified we
      were able to follow up to ensure your final two items were delivered to you.


      Again, we apologize for the delay and we would be happy to refund those items upon their return to
      GSK. Upon your confirmation of wanting a return we will send you a return label, so there will be no
      cost in shipping to you. We then can refund the organization that issued the check for your purchase.
