I yet again ordered another shirt for my daughter bc the last one was too big. I ordered it on 10/6 and it has never been filled or sent. I have emailed and called and no one responds or answered the phone. I would like the item or my money refunded. Preferably the itemBusiness response

Hello,
This order was placed on September 6th (see below). The order is in line for production and will be sent as soon as it is complete. We need to allow up to six weeks for production, as stated clearly on or website:

Order placed July 15 (with estimated three week turnaround time) for 8 school uniform shirts. I was charged $307.07 on 7/15/24. Despite multiple calls and emails, I have had only two responses stating that "We received your order, and it is in production. I do apologize in advance that we are running a little longer than usual turnaround time.." Please help refund my money and warn others not to do business with this unethical company.Business response

We responded to the customer on August 7 and again today, August 28. We are waiting to hear from the customer if she would like to cancel her order. She has not asked us to cancel or refund to this point, but we are happy to do so, if desired. Below are the responses we provided:

Your items have been ordered and we are still waiting for your items from **** ********** to arrive. We do expect a shipment this week. When they do arrive, we will process them immediately. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to substitute this brand uniform.
Please advise if you like to wait for your uniforms a little longer or cancel for a refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience and delay.August 7
Thank you for your order and for your inquiry. Your order is in line for production and will ship soon. We are striving to get all school orders complete before the start of the school year. Your order is scheduled to ship so you will receive an email notification at that time with a tracking number.

The customer requested a refund on Wednesday, August 28. We issued a cancellation of the order and processed a refund on the same day - Wednesday the 28th. I did advise that it likely takes a few days to show up on the credit card, since she responded the very next day stating it did not show up. Below is the , correspondence, receipt and the refund amount that was issued on the 28th for the full amount:

Receipt is attached and shown below. As I mentioned, it is not an immediate refund, and probably will take up to a week or so with the holiday weekend. The bank returns are not in our control. Please give this time.

I ordered a tshirt on 7/11/24. I was never contacted that the order was ready until I contacted the company and they said it could be picked up on 7/23. I had someone come to pick up the order at 11:40am and it was not ready. Apparently order was not even printed yet. I attempted to go to store on 7/28 and it was not yet open. I could not find hours on store front or on email. Finally found at the very last page on the website. Business address was not on google as they had moved. Attempted to leave 3 voicmails and no one returned my calls on 7/28, 7/29 or 7/30. I finally emailed and asked for someone to call me. They responded via email But will not call me back. Asked me if I wanted my order shipped instead. I asked for them to ship my order for free for all the hassle. Still awaiting an answer and a phone call.Business response

********* x husband (******) was in touch with us and indicated he would pick up this order, along with his order on 7/23 at or after 12:00pm. Since the customer was going to pick up order instead of having it shipped we offered to waive shipping fees.
The gentleman came in on 7/23 at 11:37 to pick up the order (23 minutes early and our production department was still processing the order). The order was completed by noon that day, as promised, but they did not come back to pick up. Nobody came back to pick up the order after several days. On August 1 we attempted to reach the customer again to offer to ship or hold the order. I did not receive a response via email, until 8/2 with "Did you ship it?" We did ship the order at that time and did not credit back shipping fees.I did have a conversation after the "failed pick up attemt" and they indicated they wanted something perhaps free, stating "I hope you will do something for us for the hassle." We made the decision to communicate via email to avoid awkward conversations.
Below is the final correspondence we sent and we consider this matter closed.

For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.I called and left multiple messages on their voicemail and even stopped by their store. No one would return my call. They still have not. I do not want anything free from them, I would just like my shipping charges credited since I spent my gas money and time to go pick them up and they were closed bc they do not have hours listed on their their direct website or on their storefront windows or door. I just honestly would like someone to call me back.

As you can see above, I made many attempts for them to communicate with me about the final shipping change from pickup to ship. No one called me back or answered the phone any of those times after initial pickup. I also emailed several times, did not get a response until Aug 1. I have additional phone calls from July 28-30 but my phone erased them in the call history :(Business response

I bought two shirts on Aug 15. One month later I still don't have them. These were shirts for my son's school. We wanted them for fall sports season, which is quickly ending. They still don't know when the shirts will be in to even make them. I found another place in town make some similar shirts and it took two days. I just want my money back, as this is ridiculous.
