AquaProof and homeowner spoke prior to her writing this complaint and after. Today she apologized and said she would be deleting this complaint.
**** ************ first stated that we didn't use topsoil since her and her neighbor didn't see a topsoil company deliver topsoil. We explained that we have topsoil, gravel, big stone and haul out pits at our shop so that all material (including topsoil) is brought in with an AquaProof dump truck. The process was then explained again that clay is removed and hauled away where the yard line is installed and topped with fresh topsoil as stated on the contract. The clay is removed, system installed and topped with topsoil so that water can enter the system to be collected and drained out via the discharge line. If a yard line was topped with clay water would not be able to enter the system. The discharge line at **** ************ home goes out the street. The discharge line is hard. solid pvc pipe and does not collect water like the yard line does. The discharge line has existing soil replace over it since it is not and can not collect water. **** ************'s neighbor had convinced her that the discharge line needed to be replaced with topsoil which is not the case and not something we do. The contract states that the yard line will be topped with topsoil and that was done. It does not state that the discharge line will be topped with topsoil and it is not needed. Once the homeowner places seed on the yard line and the discharge line the grass will grow on both of them. **** ************ is responsible for seeding and watering in order for new grass to grow.
