Business is fraudulent. Have emailed numerous times in regards to a return label needed. Only automated responses and no way to access the supposed return label on my order tracking section. SCAM. Stay away from this company at all costs! I’m filling a claim against them and demanding a refund. Legal action will take place.Review from Lenor M

Horrible company. I placed an order a week ago. Was supposed to ship days ago. I have tried emailing and chat with no success. All bots an no one gets back to you. My card was already charged but item hasnt shipped and order is saying unfulfilled. Order was guaranteed by Christmas according to website and I ordered way before the cut off date. I want my item or a refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and this is a shame you can't speak to someone!!Review from Alexis H

Trying to return some items that I don't want/ trying to cancel and get a refund on 2 other items in that order that still have not arrived. DON'T USE their Chat option. I have LITERALLY been waiting for "Someone to respond shortly" for over an hour and a half. I sent an email to them since apparently their Chat doesn't appear to be actually functional, so we'll see how that goes when they respond. For a company that supplies the official merchandise for so many TV shows and TV networks, their customer service is the absolute worst. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your order, good luck getting in contact with anyone. This company is giving of Scam vibes. These TV Networks should reconsider who is representing their merchandise distribution. This has NOT been a positive/ easy experience so far.Review from Kim T

On Yellowstone TV Shop website it states Snow Commerce is solely responsible for merchandise that is purchased. I have ordered over $300 worth of merchandise in last week. Have never received the items and have not yet received a refund. No phone to call. No human being to talk to. Only auto “bots” on chat that can’t do anything. Emailed numerous times with basic response and multiple ticket numbers but to date they have not resolved my issue. They have now stopped any communication and I feel I have been defrauded and scammed. I will be calling my credit card company to file a complaint. I will also be contacting the ** state attorney general’s office to file a formal complaint. I also will be warning my family and friends via social media about purchasing anything from the Yellowstone TV Shop. This is obviously a fraudulent company. This is actually in shipping with an expected arrival date of 12/2. The remainder of your items were not in stock and a refund was provided for those items. I placed an order for $101.96 on Motor Trend Store website on 8/26/2022 and have never received order despite MANY attempts for communication regarding order. At first I received replies: the order in progress, looking into it, then nothing. I am still trying to get order or money back! Extremely mad!Review from Jim B

Poor customer service and poor communication. Ordered a shirt and 2 hats from History Store. Shirt arrived in 4 days. Two weeks later I inquired about the hats, was told I had to wait, normal processing time, 7-10 business days. Few days later a package arrives, not my order. From here communication gets worse and worse, now, no response. Approaching two months since my order was placed. I easily see why there are such poor customer ratings.Snow Commerce LLC Response

We apologize that you received the wrong hat initially and show that we were able to get a replacement out to you that was delivered as of 10/27. I ordered from the WB shop c/o Snow Commerce at the end of Nov 2021. It was a Christmas present (t-shirt). The tee didn’t fit so I needed to return it. This seemed like a simple process so I emailed the support email listed on the website for a return label. No response. I emailed a second time. No response. I emailed a third time. No response. So now I am stuck with this overpriced shirt and have no way to return it. How does this “shop” not have a phone number? It’s ridiculous.Snow Commerce LLC Response

Snow Commerce has terrible customer service. I emailed them several times, there was no phone number what so ever. I had ordered a gift through the ********* store. I told them in the various emails that I wanted to cancel the order, as it had been placed by mistake. No one has gotten back to me. The automated email said they are available M-F 9-5 EST, but no responds to my emails during that time. I'm thinking this may be a ghost company. I believe I've been scammed out of my money.
