They charged me $80 to come to my home and provide a quote. That was 5 weeks ago. When I called to inquire about the quote, I was told everyone had COVID. I don’t understand how hard it is to write something up especially once I’ve paid you for it. I’ve been exploring other reviews online and it looks as though I’m not the first person to have this problem. I think I should get my $80 back and I will not be using their services.Business response

My apologies for not responding to complaint. Brian retired this year, he didn't leave anything with me about BBB. He handled all or any issues on BBB, so II totally didn't think about the BBB.
Should I respond to the complaint from 3/9?
